Legal Methodology in Seventeen Pages

How should I gather all relevant facts for my case? How can I identify exactly who wants what from whom and why? How do I make sure that I find and present all relevant rules (statutory and case law) and only those? What are the "claim bases" in the rules and how do I extract the conditions for a claim to have arisen, not to be extinguished, and to be enforceable? And how do I present my arguments in a persuasive winning brief? If the answers to these questions are not obvious to you, this should help! I recommend re-reading these 17 pages every year at least once until they have become part of your lawyer DNA!
