List of Abbreviations*
Authors participating in our open source textbook project are requested to use these Abbreviations.
If any other abbreviations are needed, the term should be spelled out the first time and the abbreviation
should be introduced in brackets, for example "The Hague Journal on the Rule of Law (HJRL)".

Formatting and Citation Guidelines*
Authors participating in our open source textbook project are requested to follow these Guidelines
for Authors with information on the use of styles in text, footnotes, citations etc. Diligent use of the
guidelines will save much time and effort when the different chapters are being put together into the
final book.
