Vanessa Milara Alzate
​Vanessa is the Owner and CEO of Kirkpatrick Partners and Founder of Anchored Training. She has over fifteen years of experience advising organizations in life sciences, federal government, and the Department of Defense. Author of Building a Culture of Evaluation (May 2026), she leads the next era of the Kirkpatrick Model®, linking learning and evaluation to performance and measurable results.

Andrew Lee Davis, MIBA
Andrew is a seasoned lecturer in international business at Tecnológico de Monterrey University in Mexico, specializing in the areas of international negotiations, intercultural communication and business internationalization strategies.
​​
Andrew holds a master’s degree in international business administration from the United States International University (now the Alliant International University in San Diego) and is a graduate of the Birmingham City University of the United Kingdom.
​
He works on the design of academic programs for supporting local producers with exporting strategies, organizing international promotion activities, coordinating export management, as for exchange students evaluating FDI projects in Mexico. Andrew has organized and led 12 trade missions in 8 different countries for students and entrepreneurs alike.

He is a regular writer for business publications, and his some of his writing interests include the Mexican electric auto parts and components industry, offshore activities of UK companies in emerging markets post-Brexit, the business climate for FDI in Mexico, and the internationali-zation of Mexican business activities.

Jason Gumaer, MDataSc, MMath
Jason is a data science consultant, researcher, and educator based out of Upstate New York with a track record of creating analyses, methodologies, and tools for the public good. He specializes in data analysis, visualization, statistics, and machine learning, particularly with public sociodemographic, weather, health, and geospatial data. He holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from University at Albany.
He works on the back-end and front-end development of public facing dashboards in the Energy and Health fields for Indiana University. He was the co-teacher for the Indiana University Master’s in Data Science capstone course, Data Science in Practice, where real-world data science projects are sourced and scoped from industry, non-profit, government, and university partners. He was also the co-teacher for Innovation for Impact, which is Indiana University’s startup incubator program in conjunction with the US Department of Defense’s Hacking for Defense program. Jason has over a decade of experience teaching mathematics and statistics at the undergraduate level.

Prof. Dr. Mostafa Hahiaghaei-Keshteli, MSc
Mostafa is a Distinguished Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering, School of Engineering and Science, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Puebla Campus, Mexico. He is also collaborating with EGADE Business School, and is a senior researcher at the Center of Sustain-able and Smart Logistics (CLIS) at this university.
Known for his work in Soft Computing worldwide, he is a researcher at the Quantum Collaborative research group (Arizona State University). His main areas of interest are Sustainable and Smart Logistics, Supply Chain Integration, Industry 4.0 and 5.0, Decision Sciences, and Combinatorial Optimization. Mostafa designed and developed some food and agricultural supply chains, and invented some famous and capable Metaheuristics Algorithms in optimizations such as Keshtel Algorithm (2012), Red Deer Algorithm (2016), Social Engineering Optimizer (2018), and Tree Growth Algorithm (2018).
He was ranked as one of the top 5 scholars in the area of Supply Chain and one of the top 2% scientists, according to the SciVal and Scopus reports, worldwide. According to research.com, he is one of the top 10 scientists in all Engineering fields in Mexico. He has over 15 years of industrial and consultancy experience. He is also an experienced editor at Elsevier (ESWA, ASOC, EAAI, SCA).

Dr. Amna Javed
Amna is a senior lecturer at the Graduate School of Knowledge Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) in Nomi, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. She has 4 years of work experience in service science and 3.5 years of experience in transformative knowledge management. She has more than 20 papers in Scopus, more than 35 reputed international and domestic conferences, 3 books, and 1 eBook chapter by Springer, Palgrave, and IGI publishers, and has been granted 12 research awards and 14 project research fundings. She is affiliated with international conferences (ICIM, AHFE, and others). and she is an Editorial Board Member of Social Sciences & Humanities Open (Springer) and the Smart Law & Business Review (SLBR). Her areas of research specialties include value creation, service design, education science, service science, Islamic banking and finance, and knowledge management.

Analilia Silva, MBA
Analilia is a business professional and educator with extensive experience at the intersection of global business, entrepreneurship, and social impact. She currently serves as the Latin America Recruiting and Partner Engagement Advisor at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where she also teaches as an Adjunct Faculty member in Management and Entrepreneurship.

Analilia’s career spans over a decade in corporate roles with multinational companies such as 3M, Johnson & Johnson, and Nokia, followed by a transition into academia and consulting. She is the founder of 20degrees Consulting, a firm dedicated to strengthening entrepreneurial eco-systems and social enterprises in Latin America and Africa. At Kelley, she has developed and led global strategy initiatives, designed immersive international courses, and advised MBA and undergraduate students on leadership and entrepreneurship.

She is also the founder of 20degrees Consulting, a firm dedicated to entrepreneurship and global leadership programs that empower communities, organizations, and individuals worldwide. Analilia is passionate about bridging theory and practice to generate inclusive and sustainable business solutions

Dr. Francisco J. Valderrey, MIM
Francisco completed a master's degree in International Management from Thunderbird, Arizona, and a Ph.D. in Administration from the University of Valencia, Spain. He occupied several positions at multinational enterprises. Presently he is the Regional Department Director of International Business for the Northwestern Region at Tecnologico de Monterrey, as well as a full-time research professor. He has also taught international business courses at universities in Europe and Asia. He has co-authored three books on marketing and international trade. His research focuses on China's presence in Latin America. He is a member of Mexico's National Research System, Level 1.
