The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) has published a dataset with information and links to all known treaty-based investor-state arbitrations between 1987 and July 2020. This is the most comprehensive resource to date and shows - among other things - the growth of ISDS from an occasional case in the 1980s and early 1990s to almost 100 cases per year more recently.
